Heart-to-Heart (H2H) Circle is a student-founded initiative dedicated to supporting adolescent wellbeing through structured reflection, meaningful conversation, and peer connection.
Created in response to rising stress, pressure, and disconnection—especially during the COVID-19 pandemic—H2H began with students coming together in small, peer-led circles to listen, reflect, and support one another. Rather than waiting for solutions designed for students, H2H was built by students.
What started as a few local circles has grown organically across schools, programs, and countries, carried forward by students training other students to lead with empathy, responsibility, and purpose.
An H2H Circle is a shared space where students gather as equals. There are no lectures, diagnoses, or hierarchies—only honest conversation, active listening, and mutual respect.
Each session is designed to help students:
To empower young people to support one another through reflection, empathy, and authentic connection—building stronger, more resilient communities from the inside out.
H2H Circle is not a clinical service and does not provide therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Our platform is a peer-to-peer space for reflection and support.
Building empathy and community connection
Present-moment awareness and stress reduction
Optimal performance and deep engagement
Building strength to navigate life's challenges
While H2H Circle is primarily designed for students ages 13–30, we welcome educators, mentors, and community members who share an interest in empathy, reflection, and student wellbeing.
H2H Circle is informed by the perspectives of educators and healthcare advisors who provide ethical guidance and help ensure the initiative remains appropriately scoped, reflective, and responsible.
Heart-to-Heart (H2H) Circle began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when students across communities were facing rising stress, uncertainty, and social disconnection.
Recognizing the need for spaces to reflect and support one another, students created informal peer circles focused on listening, storytelling, and mutual understanding.
This peer-led model has allowed H2H to grow organically across schools, programs, and countries while staying rooted in student voice and authentic connection.
To empower young people to support one another through reflection, empathy, and authentic connection—building stronger, more resilient communities from the inside out.
