H2H Circle is a structured 8-week mindfulness and resilience journey designed specifically for students and young adults.

Parental Consent for Minors

The wellbeing and safety of our participants are our top priorities. For all participants under the age of 18, explicit parental or guardian consent is mandatory prior to enrollment in any H2H Circle program or digital track.

Verification of consent is required during the registration process for all minors.

Our curriculum is evidence-informed and student-facilitated, providing a preventive approach to wellbeing.
